In previous conversations, international resilience expert, Dr. Maria Sirois, has offered guidance on the strategies and perspectives shared by resilient individuals. Following this work, Maria will join us on Nantucket as she enables us to consider not only our own strength, but how we might contribute to the wellbeing and resilience of others. World thought leader, Robin Wall Kimmerer has said, "All flourishing is mutual." So, too, resilience.
As we learn to increase our daily diet of positive connections, ignite generosity beyond our homes, and see ourselves and each other through an appreciative lens, one that honors the vast array of strengths available in any community, we build stable, energizing systems of growth and of care.
