I am happy to announce we have coordinated a Youth Mental Health First Aid class. This in person class will be held on Wednesday, April 8th from 9:30-4:30 at a location on Nantucket TBD. All participants who complete the course will receive certification. This training is free and will include breakfast and lunch.

This program is designed for anyone who works with or spends time with adolescents ages 12-18 years. For example, coaches, parents, family members, religious leaders, trainers, and really any staff in any role that interacts with young people. No prior experience in mental health is necessary.

Community Solutions for Behavioral Health is excited to work with the Cape Cod & Islands Suicide Prevention Coalition, Cape Cod Community College and Cape & Islands District Attorney's Office  to sponsor this program. Remember, we're stronger together and collaboration is key.
